Berwick and Borders Therapies offer free talks on a variety of psychological topics. These half hour talks are aimed at breaking down the many myths and false perceptions which surround our profession.
Through these talks we hope to encourage those who may have considered therapy, but held back from actually seeking advice or support, for either themselves or someone else's emotional or mental issues and which may still be affecting their quality of life.
