Free Talks
Berwick and Borders Therapies offer free talks on a variety of psychological topics. These half hour talks are aimed at breaking down the many myths and false perceptions which surround our profession.
Through these talks we hope to encourage those who may have considered therapy, but held back from actually seeking advice or support, for either themselves or someone else's emotional or mental issues and which may still be affecting their quality of life.

On the first Monday of every month from 9:30 am until 12 midday we are here at our practice in the Cornhill Centre to offer free "face to face" advice on any emotional or mental issue which may be troubling yourself, family member or a friend. If you are seeking answers to questions or perhaps simply wish to share a problem with us, please pop by for a friendly chat over a coffee. There is no appointment necessary and we will be very pleased to meet you. Alternatively, please telephone or email us anytime for free advice.
