Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is a safe process which allows the mind to relax and by doing so it can repair, uncover and re-gain control. Perhaps in the past incidents have occurred that we have attempted to block out or to forget, but they still remain with us - in the shadows, yet still affecting our present day thinking or decision making.
Hypnotherapy can be a 'stand alone' therapy or used in-conjunction with psychotherapy. It can be an excellent treatment for many disorders including, anxiety, phobias, stress, obsessional compulsions, trouble with concentration or the breaking of habits. Your therapist can advise you if they believe hypnotherapy will be of benefit in your particular case and will explain in detail hypnosis as a therapy.
