LIFE COACHING

Life Coaching is the process of guiding and developing the client in unlocking their full potential and personal growth.  The role of the life coach helps people to 'tackle blocks' that may be holding them back from reaching their goals and achieving a more balanced life.  Life coaching creates a safe, reflective space using skilled techniques and approaches allowing a person to explore challenging thoughts, feelings, experiences and to help draw out insights.  Life coaching is about developing the mindset, resilience and improving focus for goal setting.  It can allow you to gain a greater sense of self-awareness and self-reliance to effectively make the changes that you desire and move you forward.

HYPNOTHERAPY

Hypnotherapy is a safe process which allows the mind to relax and by doing so it can repair, uncover and re-gain control.  Perhaps in the past, incidents have occurred that we have attempted to block out or to forget, but they still remain with us - in the shadows, yet still affecting our present day thinking or decision making.
Hypnotherapy can be a 'stand alone' therapy or used in-conjunction with psychotherapy.  It can be an excellent treatment for many disorders including, anxiety, phobias, stress, obsessional compulsions, trouble with concentration or the breaking of habits.  Your therapist can advise you if they believe hypnotherapy will be of benefit in your particular case and will explain in detail hypnosis as a therapy.

Don't be alone with your worries, talk things over with us.
